Meet Joel Kasibante, a Project and Data Associate with a background in Statistics. He loves working with numbers to solve the day to day real-world problems and shared how #ASIGMA helps him work towards his ambitions.

"Through using insights from data and research, I have developed the capacity to design practical and sustainable project interventions implemented by private and public sector players, including development organisations. This has been made possible through working on multi-sectoral projects at ASIGMA that always pose new challenges that push me to adopt a first-principles approach to thinking around problems."
